Job Title: Solution Architect, Data and AI (4+ Years Experience)

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Solution Architect, Data and AI with4+ years of relevant professional experience to design and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance data and Artificial Intelligence solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate ready to take the next step in their career, bridging the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge data/AI technology. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Strategy:
  • Design end-to-end technical architectures for data platforms, data ingestion pipelines (ETL/ELT), data warehousing/data lakes, and MLOps frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements and ambiguous problems into clear, well-defined, and scalable architectural blueprints.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, including cloud services (AWS,  GCP), data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and AI/ML tools.
• Implementation & Oversight:
  • Provide technical guidance and governance to data engineering and data science teams during the development and deployment phases.
  • Ensure all architectural designs adhere to best practices for data security, governance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks in the proposed solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and development teams.
  • Document architectural decisions, data flows, and technical specifications clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to evaluate new technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data science, or technical architecture role, specifically focusing on data and AI solutions.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in at least one major Cloud platform (AWS,  or GCP) with experience in their respective data and AI services (e.g., S3/ADLS/GCS, Redshift/Synapse/BigQuery, SageMaker/ ML/Vertex AI).
  • Solid understanding of data architecture patterns (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse, Data Vault).
  • Experience with data processing technologies like Apache Spark, Flink, or similar distributed computing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python or Scala and advanced SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, GCP Professional Data Engineer).
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., tracking experiments, model versioning, automated retraining pipelines).
• Familiarity with DevOps/GitOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment.
• Experience in a specific industry domain (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail).
