Senior Sales Account Manager

VArrow Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead strategic sales efforts, manage high-value client accounts, and drive long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology solutions deeply, communicates confidently with C-level executives, and thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will oversee key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that clients receive exceptional value from our solutions. You will play a central role in shaping sales strategies, negotiating major contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Resolve issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction and retention

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that meet revenue and profitability targets

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell technology solutions

  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and strengthen positioning

Negotiation and Contracts

  • Lead contract negotiations with major clients

  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations

  • Ensure contracts align with client needs and company goals

Collaboration and Team Leadership

  • Work closely with product, marketing, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members

  • Contribute to refining sales processes and best practices

Performance and Reporting

  • Track sales metrics, including pipeline movement, conversion rates, and revenue growth

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

  • Provide forecasts and insights to support business planning

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • 5+ years in technology sales or account management

  • Experience handling enterprise accounts and engaging with C-level stakeholders

  • Strong track record with complex sales cycles and consultative selling

Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
