The Mission
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Marketing Strategist to be the driving force behind our brand vision and growth. This isn’t just a “management” role—it’s a hybrid of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will act as the central partner to the CEO, translating complex technical solutions (AWS, Cloud, DevOps) into compelling market narratives that drive revenue and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Narrative

Define and own the marketing roadmap aligned with aggressive company growth goals.

Translate technical Cloud and Software services into stories that resonate with B2B decision-makers.

Identify new market opportunities and competitive differentiators to keep us ahead of the curve.
Execution & Lifecycle Management

Manage the full marketing funnel: from conceptualizing campaigns to launching digital ads, content, and events.

Own the content calendar and oversee the production of high-value assets (articles, case studies, videos).

Ensure 100% brand consistency across every digital and physical touchpoint.
Cross-Department Synergy

Act as the “glue” between Sales, HR, Technical, and Operations teams.

Consolidate inputs from all departments to ensure marketing initiatives support recruitment and sales efforts.

Directly support employer branding to attract top-tier technical talent.
Vendor & Data Management

Lead relationships with external agencies, designers, and media vendors.

Establish clear KPIs and deliver monthly ROI reports directly to the CEO.

Utilize Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and LinkedIn insights to optimize performance.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 5–8 years in marketing, with 3+ years in senior execution or cross-functional roles.

Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in B2B Tech marketing (Cloud, DevOps, or SaaS is a massive plus).

Language: Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.

Mindset: You are analytical, project-oriented, and capable of moving from a board-room strategy to a live campaign without breaking a sweat.
