Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder communication, and risk management. This role demands exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple high-impact projects across departments.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating as needed to ensure minimal disruption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-mortems.
• Mentor junior project managers and support the continuous improvement of project management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent English Speaker.
